“It's fine, but under those conditions I wouldn't repeat!”
It's beautiful, breakfast very abundant and rich (eggs, fruits, delicious juices). Well located especially for sunset lovers. In that place on the beach, there is sun allll day long! The staff is divine, the guys!
We were on the ground floor, below another apartment, and just by walking normally, the noise from upstairs was tremendously loud. So, in our case, if you go to bed early and the person above doesn't, well, earplugs! Very poor acoustics! And the bathroom smelled really bad because they were building something next door, leaving sewage pipes open that led to the bathroom window.

“Wonderful”
It's very beautiful, right in front of the beach, you see the best sunrises, it's peaceful and comfortable, the staff is always ready to help you, it's safe and very quiet.

“Beautiful location”
Beautifully located by the turtle beach, nice views. Best location on the island by far. Air conditioning available in my room category. Nice breakfast. The included sunbeds are unbeatable. The staff is friendly and helpful, but you can sometimes feel that they are more relaxed than willing to work (however, I liked the relaxed vibe overall). I loved the smoothie bowls at the restaurant. The room is spacious and comfortable.
There is some room for improvement regarding cleanliness but nothing extraordinary. The towels are not changed at all during the stay.

The only thing is the location. Right on the beachfront and the bed was comfortable.
The dirtiness and deterioration of the room in general. Especially the bathroom. Being cheap should not be at odds with cleanliness. And being austere should not be at odds with comfort.
