Very good location to start the ascent of Mount Batur directly on foot. The excursion can be organized through the hotel, which is very convenient. The hearty breakfast and the jacuzzi are a real plus after the hike.
Many flies.

The staff were the highlight of our trip, so friendly and helpful. We had a morning hike, bike hire, and transfers all organized through them, all of which was great! The rooms were nice and clean, showers are fed by the hot springs as is the pool! The location is close to shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here!
There are many flies in the region due to local farming practices but don’t let that stop you from enjoying this beautiful part of the world.

The hot spring pool, a delight after the excursion to Mount Batur. Do not hesitate to go through the hotel to organize your excursion. The kindness of the staff, always smiling. The room was very clean.
The flies, but the hotel is not to blame, it's the whole region like that.
