Clean room. Clean bathroom. Room made every day and towels changed every day. Air conditioning. Good breakfast with choices. Close to waterfalls. Shops, spa, massages nearby 5-8min walk. With a scooter, you can go anywhere. Away from the hustle and bustle of central Ubud, it's perfect. Great value for money.

“Lovely place with kind owners but noisy”
The family were extremely kind and pleasant. Lovely free breakfast, nice pool although not much of a lounging area to chill by the pool
Noise next door - we booked this stay further out from the city centre in the hope of staying somewhere quiet, and despite being 20 mins out, the property is directly next door to a place of worship, which played extremely loud music and drums every night until 11pm/12am. This was of course not the owners fault but it would have been good to get a heads up - didn’t see this mentioned in any other reviews and not sure if it was just a one off and really bad timing for our stay.
