Unfortunately, based on our experience with this hotel - there was nothing positive.
Definitely the worst hotel during our entire stay in Bali! AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!

“I will start with the fact that the conditions in the hotel leave much to be desired. Dirt, unpleasant smell, and throughout our stay, our towels were not replaced even once. However, all of this is nothing compared to what happened to us there. During our stay at this hotel, we were robbed of almost 4000 PLN! The first evening, we left the hotel literally for 1 hour and 40 minutes, from 18:20 to 20:00. It was during this time that the money disappeared from our room. The safe in the room was not working, so we had no way to safely store cash and documents. The staff's reaction to the theft report? An absolute failure! Instead of real help, we were met with excuses and a lack of any commitment. The employees claimed that the owner was not responding to messages, allegedly making it impossible to access the surveillance recordings. The whole situation raised huge suspicions in us regarding the safety of the property and the people with access to the rooms. Unfortunately, the way the staff handled such a serious matter only deepened our distrust. For two weeks, we traveled around Bali, staying in different hotels, and nowhere did we encounter anything similar. This property was definitely the worst experience of the entire trip. Shame! Tourists should feel safe, especially in a place they pay for. We definitely do not recommend staying at this hotel.”
Absolutely beautiful, would visit again

“Showering must be public, nothing is lockable or has a curtain. Staff is lazy and speaks very poor English, they prefer to sit on their phones.”
