Very good service. The owner helped us contact the airport service with great kindness. The room is spacious and the facilities are of good quality.
A few mosquitoes that can be annoying at night in the room. But can we really complain!? :-)

Location was great, within 2-3kms of the Tugu station from where we arrived from Jakarta, and where we took the Damri shuttle to Borobudur Temple, and the Kraton and Taman Sari. Lots of good eating places along the alley and on the two main streets perpendicular to the alley. Indomaret and ATM just around the corner, shop that sells data SIM card within walking distance, and the cost was way lower than what were being sold at the airport in Jakarta. Property looks like a traditional Indonesian house, very high ceiling with teak furniture and windows with carvings, with an open air mini garden, so it's airy. Big ref, water dispenser, and coffee and tea available in the common area. We loved the cats! Our room was very large, with a huge bathroom that included a bathtub. Owner/manager very responsive and helpful online prior to arrival and in person. Our travel dates changed, and property was kind enough to adjust our booking dates.
Air conditioner took a long time to cool the huge room, but it's just a minor issue, we were happy throughout our stay, and would definitely love to stay here again should we return to Yogya.

The overall setting, in a typical Yogyakarta house, with a large covered but open living room, furnished in an ancient style (a bit like a Chinese house), with a table for breakfast or a meal. (restaurants and Indomaret very close by to buy and take away).... and the small lawn and the cats! Room quite spacious, simple but comfortable, with an effective AC, a dryer for laundry. If you take two rooms, they can communicate through the shared bathroom. Quite close to Taman Sari and Kraton (1.6 km for both).
The first bed is a beautiful piece of furniture, 120 cm wide, the second is a (good) mattress on the floor (too bad!)

The bedroom is very spacious (the bathroom as well, perfect for family. The location itself is very strategic, just a few mins away from the hustle and bustle. It's very homey. I love the amenities as well.
Nothing.
