“Perfect”
A very good choice of menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We enjoyed ourselves. The rooms, the place were clean (room, bathroom, shared outdoor pool) and very comfortable, we also had the company of Fluffy the hotel's little kitten which brightened our stay! The kindness, welcome, and helpfulness of the staff were exceptional too! The road from the main street to the hotel is also pleasant to walk. We had a hard time leaving the hotel!

A nice breakfast, great customer service, good dining options, beautiful location. A scooter service to the main city road, where all the eateries and shops are located. Plenty of lovely places to eat a few minutes walk.
Sometimes the hot water was not available for a short time. This was fixed.

Extremely kind staff. 0-24 transfer available who took us from the rice fields to the city for free. Very delicious food. Beautiful accommodation and environment.

Amazing!! Just amazing!! This was my first accommodation during my Bali trip and was the best one. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated with nice aesthetics, clean. Water and everyday cleaning provided. Had a beautiful view of the pool and the rice fields, nice terrace/balcony. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. The location is a bit off the center of Ubud which was the best part for me, you are surrounded by beautiful nature and you feel like you are actually in Bali rather than a touristic overwhelming spot. The route is easily walkable if you like walking, I even did it nighttime and felt completely safe (like max 20- 25 min walk from the main road) and there is a shuttle service with motorbikes which is offered for free 24/7 which is unbearable. My booking included a voucher for food which no one explained that is only for a specific meal, I thought it was just credits for food in the restaurant so the last day when I thought I would redeem it and we discovered the misunderstanding the staff didn't oppose to using the credits this way, which was very kind and professional from them. The food at their restaurant was also very tasty and had no health issues consuming it multiple times plus the location of the restaurant is serene and beautiful. I am genuinely excited about this accommodation, it is totally value for money and I can't wait going back!!
The only thing that I would suggest improving is the breakfast quantity which was a bit small but still tasty and is not enough to leave any negative impression in the whole experience! But I would say that there is room for improvement in the breakfast :)
