The staff is friendly and responsive. If we need anything, the response is quick. There is a nice terrace to relax. There are water gallons, free coffee and tea. There is a common kitchen, if you want to cook something light, you can borrow utensils. The location is good, quite close to main spots. Close to UGM and Malioboro. Perfect location for those who like to walk around.
The water heater is not working, the Wi-Fi is very slow, there were power outages, and the TV channels are very limited, only familiar with SCTV.
