I was welcomed with my first name and last name written on my bed and flower petals everywhere, along with a big smile and offered a drink. This welcome made me very happy. The room is huge and beautiful. The bed is huge and very wide. The bathroom, especially the shower, is amazing. It's the best shower I've ever had in my life. The feeling of being under a warm waterfall outside is just a great sensory experience. I loved it. Everything is very clean and the room is made up every day. The terrace is nice and spacious with a view of greenery. NO NOISE. I was lucky to be well located and it was very calm and quiet. You can access the very large pool and the spa of the neighboring hotel. It's really great. Breakfast is chosen and that's great, plus it's fabulous and plentiful. I enjoyed it every morning. Honestly, a very good hotel.
The three problems are: - first the location. It's far from the lively center of Pemuteran (1.4 km) - no one speaks English and communication is complicated - the mattress is quite hard (but it's not a big problem, just an observation)
