Great location near the centre of Ubud, very walkable. Lovely swimming pool. Friendly staff and cute resident dog.
Beware of the communal kitchen - someone stole all of my cheese! Also, not great for light sleepers, as sound can carry a bit.

Simply fantastic place to spend several days or longer in Ubud. Our room was cosy and clean, they made the beds every day so we felt like we were in a costly hotel. The host cares like a father for his guests with maximal flexibility and kindness. The rest of the staff we met were also helpful and kind. It was a perfect stay.
The road in a distance of approximately 100 metres is very busy and could be found noisy for someone expecting absolute silence.
