An unforgettable stay: the purest and most authentic hospitality of the Gili Islands! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you are looking for a place to stay in the Gili Islands, you have found the perfect place. Indigo Bungalows is not only a beautiful property, it has become our true reference point on the island. In all my life, I can say I have NEVER met kinder, more helpful, and heartfelt people. Whatever we needed, they would act instantly to help us with a sincere smile. Their exceptional availability was seen in the details that make the difference: The scooters: We rented them directly from them. When my friend's scooter's battery ran out, they immediately intervened to replace it without making us lose time. Super flexibility: They let us keep the scooters longer than the paid time and absolutely did not want extra money. Port service: As if that wasn't enough, at the time of departure, they even made themselves available to come and pick up the scooters directly at the port to save us the trouble with the luggage! Through the owner/staff, we also booked a fantastic snorkeling excursion. Whatever advice or information we asked for, they had an immediate solution ready. Regarding the property itself: Environment and Pool: The place is lovely. The pool is beautiful and well-maintained, they clean it continuously throughout the day. Rooms: Very clean, cozy, and well-kept. Breakfast: Served directly in the room, really excellent! I absolutely recommend their banana pancake, I fell in love with it! A 5-star experience from every point of view. If I were to return to the Gili Islands, I would go back to them with my eyes closed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff for making our trip special!

“A cozy little home away from home in Gili.”
The staff (called Ang) were very kind and helpful throughout my stay. Staying in an individual bungalow was quite a unique experience. The three cats living there were especially adorable—I already miss them! 🐱 Laundry service and bike rentals were also available, which was very convenient.
There were a couple of minor inconveniences. Sometimes the shower water stopped running, so we had to ask the staff to look into it. Also, noise from neighboring rooms could sometimes be heard, which is understandable given the bungalow-style accommodation.

“bad experience”
Our stay at this accommodation has been a real nightmare; the experience was extremely bad from start to finish. The cabin is in a deplorable state of conservation, with the wood completely chopped and broken. To make matters worse, the place is infested: the bed was full of bugs and there were termites everywhere. The situation reached the point where absolutely all our clothes and suitcases were filled with insects. They should do maintenance. To top it off, the basic services completely failed. In the afternoon, we ran out of water; although theoretically they came to fix it, the next morning we were again without any supply. We couldn't sleep all night because we ended up covered in bug bites all over our bodies. I do not recommend this place.
