“Disappointing.”
The location is very good, as we are quite close to the center, really just two minutes by bike, and we enjoyed having a private pool.
We did not enjoy the entire stay because the staff is very unwelcoming (at least those we met, maybe they are not all like that!). The aging accommodation is not maintained, we did have a private pool, but it is not cleaned regularly, so there were a lot of hairs and a greasy film on the surface, the floor of it was sticky, there was a coffee stain that must have been spilled, dried for a long time, and the kitchen sink was leaking, literally flooding the entire space up to the front door of the room, we did not have hot water during the stay, which was not disturbing in itself, but it would have been appreciated anyway. The bed was broken at the feet and the mattress very uncomfortable. Curtains to block out daylight would also be a plus. I'm sorry, I rarely leave bad reviews but I think it's important to mention it anyway, everything needs to be improved. Because it could really be great.
