Good restaurant and breakfast. Excellent pool. Very friendly staff.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness is really poor, the mosquito nets are full of blood stains. At night, mice and geckos sneak between the roof and the thatch, and the noises are continuous. The beach in front is dirty, a pity because the location is great.

This was my second visit to Gili Air, and I wanted to experience staying in a traditional cottage, but I had the worst experience of attempted sexual assault here.
Due to the vulnerable open bathroom structure, someone crossed the threshold at night and tried to enter the room. It was very scary and frightening, but the manager just kept saying words of worry and did not take any proactive action to solve the problem or make improvements. In the end, I had to leave the accommodation without completing my stay, and the manager said if I wanted a refund, I should contact Booking.com, which incurred international call charges higher than the accommodation cost. Moreover, to report the attempted sexual assault intruder to the police, I had to take a boat alone from Gili Air to Lombok Island and incur unexpected expenses such as booking a new accommodation. The hotel's response was very disappointing. They seemed to have no interest in accompanying me to the police station or taking any follow-up measures, and they only expressed concerns without taking any action. If only I hadn't stayed at that hotel, such an incident wouldn't have happened. The hotel needs to improve safety issues and strengthen security measures.

Hidden bungalow at the back of the restaurant, quiet. Comfortable bedding. Excellent breakfast. Dinner with feet in the sand. The added bonus was a 15% discount on the restaurant with our room.
