The reception and kindness of the staff. They booked all our activities and everything was perfect at reasonable prices. The location was ideal for visiting Nusa Penida, also close to all shops and restaurants. We were even allowed a late check-out because we had an activity that ended after the hour. They even took care of our departure to Gili by taking us to the port. Everything was perfect.

Close to the port, restaurants, shops. 20 minutes by scooter from Crystal Bay. Clean. Helpful and pleasant staff, possibility to rent a scooter on-site for a good price.

The location was great, somewhat central to many things to do. The hosts were so helpful and very friendly!
There was a small odor from the shower drain. They did their best with the scent packets, and we don't blame them for how the plumbing is, and it was easily fixable by keeping the bathroom door shut.
