Good location, "bungalows", pool, quiet area and above all very central, the hotel staff is very helpful and charming.
It is very close to the Monkey Forest and that means the continuous presence of monkeys. At first glance, this would be a positive thing, but it is not. Doors and windows permanently closed, due to the danger of animals entering. No object could be left outside, for the same reason... pool towels could never dry. And forget about interacting with them if you don't want to get bitten. The rooms need maintenance and deep cleaning... there is a lot of neglect.

The staff were generally polite and assisted us with our luggage when we had to change rooms. The location was also convenient. Unfortunately, these positives were outweighed by the significant problems we experienced during our stay.
There were multiple serious issues during our stay. The air conditioning in our original room remained inadequate even after a technician attended, and the room was extremely hot. We were eventually moved to another room, but the replacement had significantly higher beds that were concerning for our young children. My youngest child fell from the bed three times and was injured, including an incident involving bleeding. We also experienced repeated problems with towels, poor shower pressure, bathroom odour, a noisy bathroom door, light entering through the upper windows and poor door sealing. We had to cancel our plans and spend valuable holiday time dealing with these accommodation problems and moving rooms.

I liked the location, as you are close to everything, the polite and helpful treatment of the staff, and the pool.
I did not like the presence of monkeys throughout the complex, having to keep doors and windows closed constantly and not being able to enjoy the terrace. The rooms need serious maintenance as there are many damaged or deteriorated furniture/objects. It also needs a deep cleaning.
