Sea-crossing to Lembongan and Nusa Penida is prohibited and no sea-related activities can be performed on the islands on that day. there are some reonvations happening at the moment and they may cause disruption during the day.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. I didn't like it much and besides, I had an altercation with the room
We booked the category 'Deluxe Double - sea views', but the experience did not correspond at all to what was advertised or the price paid. To begin with, the assigned room did not have sea views, but rather views of a café on the ground floor of the establishment itself. When consulting this with the manager, he confirmed that there are rooms of the same category on the ground floor and upper floor, but it is not specified which one will be assigned, leaving it to chance without the possibility of choice. We believe that this should be clarified in the listing to avoid future confusion as it is clearly a completely misleading advertisement. Additionally, the room smelled strongly of dampness and had visible stains on the walls, which seemed to be from moisture or accumulated dirt. There was also no bedside table, a basic item that was missed. To make matters worse, there were many mosquitoes inside the room during the stay, making it difficult to rest. Regarding the management of the room issue, the manager suggested that we leave the hotel and refund the money, which, while on vacation, searching for another accommodation and moving again is not very coherent when what you want is to disconnect and enjoy. He offered a small discount on the rental of a motorbike we had with them (50K, €2.50, something derisory and ridiculous), but it was not a proportional compensation for the difference between what was booked and what was received. In general, I would not reserve at this hotel, there are many other better options and for a little more money you will have complete services, without headaches, and you will be able to enjoy your stay.
