I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago. It was green, beautiful, and not crowded, a secluded corner.
This year all the grass on the territory is dried up and yellow, giving the impression that the hotel is not being taken care of at all. I stayed for a few days and encountered many inconveniences, and most importantly, all additional services are cash only. It was impossible to pay by card for anything, and this was not clearly stated at the time of check-in or in the description. As a result, when checking out, the staff and I spent 2 hours looking for an ATM nearby. It turned out that my card's bank had prohibited cash withdrawals abroad, so we had to go to various restaurants and beg the staff to pay by terminal so they could give us cash - it was a complete nightmare. There is no refrigerator or kettle in the room, nothing, only water, not even a trash can, by the way. There is no proper access to the beach (none at all); you need to leave the hotel and walk along the road for about 10 minutes. I wanted to extend my stay for a couple of days but the hotel was fully booked, to my delight. I had to move nearby to Desa Cabins. And I want to point out that they offer a lot of amenities at a lower cost!!! The room has a refrigerator, kettle, utensils, dishes, snacks, a minibar, coffee, and tea. Moreover, there is unlimited coffee in the common kitchen, a large refrigerator with various drinks that you can take at any time. There is a separate room for massages; at Bali Prana, a female masseuse came, threw a mattress on the floor in my room, and that's how the massage went... not worth it for the price. A separate access to the beach in Desa is well-equipped! 2 minutes on foot, everything is green in the vicinity within 10 minutes, everything is well-maintained beyond the premises. At first, I thought it was just off-season, that's why everything was yellow and dry, but it turned out that no one takes care of it at all... In short, I didn't like it at all, no service. The breakfast was mediocre and very limited; the banana pancake was just a thin pancake.
