“No se ajusta al precio y expectativas”
You are alone. The owner comes in the morning for 10 minutes, puts the offerings, and little else. They only made our room for 1 day. The air conditioning was not working although it was fixed on the second day after reporting it, but the first night was terrible. They only gave us a small fan as a solution. They didn't know about our arrival, they didn't know about our included breakfast, and there is no one there to address any issues. Also, the photos in the ad are not of the actual rooms. They are photos of the pool area shared with another establishment.
