A nice location, in the midst of the bustling city of Yogyakarta. A spacious room and the pool are a great addition.
The (bath)room is a bit outdated.

“Favorite place, sad to leave them.”
I really love this guesthouse and have been staying here for several years. It is located in a tourist area, near the Sultan's palace, museums, not far from the beach, surrounded by many wonderful restaurants and cafes to suit every taste and budget. The guesthouse has a garden and a clean pool, where you can sit under an umbrella in the garden, swim. The rooms are not the newest, but they have everything you need. Make sure to specify if the room has air conditioning and hot water, as there are different ones. The staff is very friendly, especially Ibu Sugi, who will help with everything. They do not intrude with cleaning, but if you ask, they can probably clean every day. I just don't need it.
This place has one major drawback: several cafes with karaoke across the street. The singing goes on until one in the morning. If you already go to bed late, you can confidently stay there, you will like it! But if you want to go to bed early, unfortunately, you should look for a quieter place. Or use earplugs.
