the room is clean, and the apartment facilities are very complete
The staff were quite friendly, but it was a shame that the check-in process was hampered and had to be delayed quite a long time from the selected time. Frequent power outages, even though it never happened during my previous stay here.

The place is close right behind Sampoerna University campus.
80% of the facilities cannot be used. Incredibly filthy. The toilet is not cleaned. Broken furniture with no intention to fix. TV and wardrobe are broken. Don't be tempted by the impression in the photos, not cheap at all. Better to choose the hotel next door. BOOKING.COM SHOULD BE MORE CAREFUL IN ALLOWING ACCOMMODATIONS THAT ARE STILL SUITABLE FOR OCCUPANCY AND THOSE THAT ARE NOT.
