The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was simple but comfortable and spacious. For the price it was great, and the view from the balcony was really, really great.
Wouldn't recommend for anyone who might struggle with a few flights of steep stairs, otherwise it's great.

The host is very friendly, I liked speaking with them a lot! The wifi is really good, 100mb, the router is in the room, very good for work. Enough space for the price.
Smell of some insects product was too strong. AC blows directly on the bed. You turn off it - too warm, turn it on - cold. The bathroom is too small, not enough space to sit in toilet, water flow is too weak. No restaurants or massages around, you have to ride a scooter all the time.

The house was spacious enough with a good view from the balcony. The host was so friendly . The bed was comfortable with good quality beddings and the room was cooled by an air conditioner.
There were inadequate facilities in the apartment including toiletries and cutlery. No dish towel, no hand-washing dish scrabers, no cleaning materials were availed to wipe the floor in case fluid pours on the floor or even to sweep the floor. There was no provision of cleaning of the apartment by the management all the 6 days I was there, even just emptying the bin in the kitchen. The dining area requires an air conditioner to cool the room which was always hot day or night.
