“Very disappointed”
Only the location was good. Although not suitable for people with mobility issues. We booked this accommodation because it stated that there was access to the mall. But it turned out to be a small 20-minute walk. I had to order a taxi for my parents. Kitchen utensils are very basic, cutlery not sufficient for 5 people. You have to buy the water reservoir yourself, but the appliance was so dirty that we couldn't use it. The apartment looked neglected. I found a diaper under the couch. As it was a holiday for Muslims (which we didn't know), we didn't receive service for 4 out of the 8 days. Towels were also not replaced. It was said that 4 rolls of toilet paper were provided, but we only received 1 for 5 people for 8 days. The apartment is not suitable for 5 people and there is nowhere to store your clothes/luggage. The photos are different from reality! We were very disappointed also because the price is high for Indonesia.
