The check-in and check-out process was very straightforward. The host handed us the key and greeted us personally. They showed us the apartment and answered all of our questions.

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment in the South of Jakarta. Good facilities with swimming pools. Excellent internet. Good value for money.
The stated check out time of 9:30 was early, but the host agreed to 10:00.
