Convenience from check-in to check-out. Kak Badrun from Kak Kelvin's staff was very helpful. Sequential and patient. Spacious unit, minimalist functional. Like the space not cluttered with too many things. Fridge, stove, cooking utensils, dispenser, rice cooker, microwave, blender, hair dryer available. Access to the pool until 8 pm, although only lasted a little over an hour because it turned out to be chilly and windy. There are two TVs in the living room and the main bedroom. Netflix is available in the living room. There is a flat parking fee of 35k with a designated parking area, can come and go like other apartment residents. Not limited to certain hours like mall visitors. Peaceful and privacy maintained. Enjoyable. Satisfied playing at Baywalk.
Seems like there are none. No sea smell that I was worried about. No cockroaches. No ants. No mosquitoes either when we stayed. So far so good. I hung my clothes at 8 in the evening, by 8 in the morning they were already dry. Happy, no need to carry heavy wet clothes.

“Very nice clean, functional and well-located apartment.”
The apartment is very well equipped and you can cook. It was very clean. Superb view from the 29th floor overlooking the bay of Jakarta. Access to a beautiful outdoor pool with a view of the bay. Very good communication with the owner who contacted us in advance to give us instructions on how to arrive and to pick up the keys. Finally, he agreed that we could leave at 12 pm instead of 11 am. A reception where we left our luggage all afternoon.
