A very nice property, you feel like in an oasis and at home after a short time. The room is clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Very nice, helpful staff. The food at the associated Warung is highly recommended.
The four-lane road between the homestay and the beach is hardly crossable on foot. But a good solution is to take a grab taxi to the beach right away.

The room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. I stayed on the first floor, but due to the brick construction, noise was not an issue. The staff is kind. There is a laundry and restaurant across the street, which is convenient. The owner's wife cooks at the restaurant, and everything was cheap and very delicious. It's about a 20-minute drive from the bustling area of Sanur, so there are few tourists and the beach is quiet.

A wonderful mini-retreat with a fantastic vibe! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and private, while the shared common area—complete with a pool, communal kitchen, and pool table—makes meeting fellow travelers effortless. The staff are fun and friendly, the on-site restaurant is delicious, and having laundry on site is super convenient. The nearby beach is incredible, though you’ll need to cross a very busy road to get there. While there are cool restaurants in the area, it's not the most walkable neighborhood, so keep transport in mind. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxed, sociable stay!

1. Since we stayed there for the Maybank Marathon at Bali United, the location is okay, 2.2 km from the start/finish. 2. The staff who welcomed us was very good. She helped us bring our luggage to the 2nd floor. She explained all the details about the room. She also cooked for the Warung.
1. Since we stayed during the peak season, Maybank Marathon, and the room was the only one we found when we were searching, the price was very high. 2. The pool is quite small, like other homestays, but very shallow. It is not suitable for swimming. 3. The surroundings are untidy. 4. The stairs to the 3rd bed are scary, too steep. 5. The basin was not working well. The water could not get through.
