Honestly, one of my favorite things here was how kind and welcoming the staff were — always smiling and friendly. The location was also really convenient, close to ICON Bali and many great restaurants, and there was even a dentist nearby.
we had just arrived after a very long 14–20 hour journey, and although I had informed them about my arrival time in advance, the room was prepared quite late and I had to wait around 40 minutes at the door. After such a long trip, we really needed to shower and rest. we also had to ask for shampoo myself, and even though we were two people, only one tiny shampoo was provided. The room I received was different from the one shown in the first photo when booking, and there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room when we arrived. Some of the paintings/decorations in the room were also dusty. Still, overall I left satisfied because the staff were genuinely so kind and warm that it was hard to feel upset. I’m writing this mostly so the team can better understand the needs of guests arriving after exhausting long-haul flights. One of the most beautiful parts of the place was the atmosphere — yellow Plumeria rubra flowers falling into the pond in front of the room, birds singing from the trees, and the overall peaceful vibe of the property was truly lovely.
