The room was spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well. The staff were polite, kind, and helpful. Nick and his wife welcomed us very well. Other family members also live in the guest house, on the ground floor. Everyone was very friendly and kind. The room was cleaned every 2 days. The location is very central with a market, pharmacy, SPA, good restaurants, medical clinic, and ATM nearby. You can walk to the Ubud Palace. Other attractions are within a short Grab distance. We used a laundry service offered by another family within the space, which was very good. Clean and fragrant clothes at a super affordable price. We also used the transfer service from Gustin, recommended by Nick (OES guest house), and we liked it a lot. We even hired the same transfer to take us to Sanur (our next accommodation). I can only thank you for the hospitality. One of the best we have had so far. Despite being central, the space is very quiet and does not absorb the noise of Ubud traffic. We slept very well.
