Not much
Place in decay. The bedding is very bad. The bathrooms are basic and not maintained. The water is cold. The windows overlook the inner courtyard and everyone can see everything. We had requested breakfast at 6 am for a 6:45 departure... it was served at 6:30...

Everything! The accommodation was very cozy, the room large and very clean, the garden with the small pond was like a little retreat. It is also not far to walk to the beach and the main street. The hosts were very very nice. I can highly recommend staying there.

The lovely staff
It doesn't have the service that we expected from the booking.com site. The breakfast was unhealthy and uninspiring. The mattress was so old and decrepit that the springs were poking up through the bed. We both have very sore backs after our two nights there. We couldn't get any ice for our water and the lack of food was an issue given we had looked forward to meals similar to the photos on the site. It was an issue considering its out-of-the-way location. We booked on the basis of the glowing reviews about the owners and their local knowledge and great service so were disappointed to find they are no longer guiding the ship so to speak.
