The manager tried to extort me for more money even though I already paid in full through booking.com. terrible facilities and terrible business management

Lack of everything. Cleanliness, customer service. Totally different from what it offers.
The list offers what it does not have. Dirty pool, room without TV, facilities leave much to be desired. I hope that with this post they will muster the courage to put things in order. And work on responsibility.

“Great location and staff, but tired-looking and overpriced.”
The location is perfect as it is central to most things in the town like food and shops. The staff were also very nice and friendly, but were difficult to find as reception was never manned. Overall I feel it was very overpriced for the quality, just the location and staff being so helpful redeemed it.
Unfortunately the photos online must've been taken when it was new as the place is looking tired. The entrance/reception wasn't manned so when I needed anything I had to search for someone. The room was poorly lit by one dim bulb, the bed although comfortable was on very loose slats which made a lot of noise when you moved. The room also smelled damp/musty when I first arrived, but the air-conditioning hadn't been on which did help once running for a while.

Place good for party-oriented people, staying there just one or two nights - bathroom very very basic - need refreshment. But super close to the main surfer street, shops, bars, etc.
