The staff and the owner welcomed us with great generosity and smiles! The breakfast is excellent and the atmosphere very homely! We did the Batur trekking tour with them, I recommend this place!

Kemahnya bagus secara umum.
The camp is good in general, but please don’t go on any trips with the camp owner, especially the Batur Sunrise Trip. He promised a full breakfast, fruits, and water, but we only got a couple of sandwiches. He didn't even provide water up the mountain. He promised a Jeep transportation but only gave us cargo luggage care. He promised to pick us up from the mountain but left me up there and said I was on my own. Another tour guide helped me to get back down. The owner made many promises he didn't keep, so please stay away from being scammed.

We were very well received, Hann is exceptional, always ready to help. If you need a shuttle, he takes care of the reservations. They take you to discover the surroundings for free in their quirky little van 😂 The location is 10 minutes from Mount Batur. Attention, bring cash as there are no ATMs or exchange offices.
The only small negative point about our accommodation is the dirty bathroom (bathtub). The area is surrounded by crops which attract flies.
