The garden and the green area were beautiful. Additionally, due to the lack of breakfast, we discovered a small, newly opened café nearby called Let’s Coffee. The staff there was very friendly, the design was nice, and the food and coffee were very good and affordable.
The pool was green and dirty, so we did not use it. The bathroom was not really clean, there were hardly any storage options, and the existing shelf was rusty. The shower and toilet are not separated, so everything around the toilet is wet after showering. There was mold in the fridge, and the TV did not work. The breakfast was also disappointing. We had paid extra for it, but on-site, the staff apparently did not know what to offer us. In the end, we decided not to have it. The provided water was also a problem: the glass bottles were already opened. One had small insects inside, the other smelled strongly of mold and had a greenish coating. We could not drink either bottle and had to buy water ourselves. During check-in, we were asked to pay 830,000 IDR instead of the 803,600 IDR stated on Booking, without a clear explanation of the difference.
