A beautiful and special accommodation. Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The rooms are very large and beautiful. The pool is enchanting. A small, almost family-like hotel with an excellent location, quiet yet central.

The design of the villas was lovely. Nice to have an outdoor bathroom. The staff was friendly and very efficient. They could organize any activity you wanted. They arranged scooters for us. The location was 100m from the busy strip, which was nice and tucked away, but not beachfront. Nice area of Gili T. The mini-bar was well-stocked.
The bed was very uncomfortable; you could feel every movement. The power to the air conditioning seemed to be getting switched off at night to save electricity. I understand they were having power issues, but it was happening in the middle of the night when the office was not manned. You get two tea bags and two instant coffees per day (but had to ask because housekeeping forgot). The room was cleaned very quickly while at breakfast, which made us wonder how clean it was. Breakfast was okay but room for improvement. Just missing something.

Everything! Such a lovely place to stay with amazing attention to detail in everything. We were in a villa, and it was beautiful. The staff went above and beyond for everything. Having breakfast delivered every morning was wonderful, and the food was lovely.
