Great and helpful service, good breakfast, excellent structure.
We had three episodes of cockroaches in our bathroom. One of which scared my wife. They even provide poison in case of need, but the fact that it happened three times complicated things a bit.

Very well-trained staff and really very courteous but not intrusive. Accommodation is very well maintained and probably the most beautiful facility on Gili Trawangan
Despite thinking for a long time, we wouldn't have any suggestions for improvement. Really everything is very good to exceptionally good. The hustle and bustle further north is quite intense. But the hotel is not responsible for that, and you don't even notice the hustle and bustle in the facility itself

The staff were all fantastic, always friendly, helpful, and willing to assist in any way. The setting is spacious and tranquil, and the beachside eating area is stunning, a perfect setting for a superb breakfast as you watch sea turtles swim by.
