On the good side, the villa itself was very clean — squeaky clean, in fact — and the AC was strong, which counts for a lot here. The staff were courteous and genuinely nice throughout, and for the price, the value is decent. The breakfast is okay — not especially delicious, but manageable — and the dinner options are similar: fine rather than memorable, but reasonable given what you pay.
A few things kept it from being better, though. When we entered our two-bedroom villa, there was a strong smell of chlorine. The sun beds were also dirty, which wasn't ideal. And for context, I'd stayed at another place in Bali just before this one that was noticeably cheaper and considerably better — similar or more amenities for less money — so this stay felt a little underwhelming by comparison.
