SCAM!!! Property is advertised on booking.com, after arriving to the property - workers downstairs will tell you that you can't stay there because "property is under renovation". After requesting free cancelation, property is not communicating and customer service can't do anything either. It's been 3 weeks and I still didn't hear about solution and my full refund. Do not book this property, it's a SCAM!!! I request full refund.

It was cheap and relatively close to the airport by Uber
The air conditioning was at 16° and maximum speed and didn't stay cold, always sweating. I had to sleep on the floor under the air to rest for a few hours. On top of that, in the morning, I was rudely awakened so I couldn't sleep there.. (of course, I'll sleep in the bed sauna otherwise..) They have a camera recording in the room which is not legal. The hostel owner neither spoke English nor tried to understand, ignored everything I asked. Very unprofessional and do not represent anything of a true Indonesian

The gates around the residential complex where the hotel is located were closed when I arrived in the evening. I was unable to reach the staff by phone or email. Since I couldn't access the hotel, I was forced to go to another one. I am demanding a refund.
