That they cleaned the bathroom every day
The breakfast was very poor, I stayed there because it included breakfast (although there were others that looked more comfortable and cheaper), but the breakfast was very poor and without options (3 MINI pancakes, 1 piece of 2cm pineapple, 2 pieces of 3cm watermelon) and served in a plastic cup (you couldn't even ask for coffee with breakfast). I was very cold at night, the bed quilt was much smaller than the bed, the towel was in very bad condition and smelled bad, the pool and sun loungers were very few for the number of guests in the hostel, I went to lie down on a sun lounger and they were all occupied together with the bean bags so I went back to the room, there was no water jug outside the women's rooms all morning, the water jugs were warm, there was no dispenser for cold water. Breakfast started very late compared to other hostels in Bali, very noisy. I wouldn't stay at this hostel again.
