“Villa with an inflated cost”
Private villa with a small private pool, nice furniture, beautiful design. There are dishes and a stove for cooking. One of the best beaches in Lombok - Selong Belanak is nearby, within walking distance. Comfortable bed and cooler with free water. Attentive staff fulfilled all requests and checked us in an hour earlier without any problems
In my opinion, the villa is overpriced. The tap in the bathroom leaked significantly, the bathroom walls had cracked plaster, the toilet had a sticking button, and we never found the TV remote. There is no salt or oil in the room, everything needs to be bought for cooking. There is no kettle, only a cooler with hot water, whose button broke immediately. Nearby, there is only a minimart with no real food, so we had to go to Pepito in Kuta to buy breakfast, which is a 25-minute bike ride away. Breakfasts are not included in the price, it was the only hotel without breakfast on our entire trip. We would like these details to be addressed by the administration because the villa's cost is quite high.

The staff is top-notch, we dealt with Fitriana who is smiling, kind, always has a solution for every question, and gives very good advice on restaurants, beaches, massages... It was a real pleasure to have met her. The villa is well designed, the bedding is comfortable, and the decoration is very nice. The location is ideal, close to the village and restaurants but also to the main beach.
The villa is aging and needs some work, especially in the bathroom where mold is quite present. The plumbing is faulty. The cleaning is not perfect.
