“Faded glory”
The location is good, walking distance from the beach and a number of nice restaurants nearby. The house has a good layout and would have certainly been beautiful after construction (but not anymore).
The condition of the house. Maintenance has simply not been done for years. Worn-out house/faded glory. The photos are years old, the accommodation has a lot of deferred maintenance. The fridge leaks, the toilet leaks in one of the bedrooms, the air conditioning leaks in one of the rooms, the bed linen is washed but full of stains, the light in the shower hangs from the ceiling, the outdoor faucet is loose, walls full of stains, kitchen is cleaned but just worn-out, I could go on. I would have never booked this based on the current condition. Really a shame that nothing is being done to the house.

We were a family of 6 and it was nice to have a whole space for ourselves.
There was no security guard the whole week we've been there. And on the last night suddenly there was a guy standing in one of the bedrooms when we slept. No explanation and no apologies from the owners/managers of the villa. The villa is not maintained and not really taken care of. People taking care of the property need some supervision. It doesn't look like in the pictures and much more dated and used. Breakfast options are very limited and not exactly as described in the menu.
