Excellent location, if I were to return I would definitely want to stay in this area. Lots of great businesses nearby. The staff was very kind and helpful.
Unfortunately, the room where we slept was not sealed enough, so we had ants in the room. There were some animals moving around in the attic at night and in the morning, and the noise they made disturbed our sleep. We informed the accommodation and the staff immediately came and tried to resolve the situation, but overall it would be necessary for this accommodation to be renovated and repaired a bit.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kokoi Villas! The villa itself was beautiful and dreamy, with a lovely private pool and plenty of privacy. The location was also perfect for us, scooter rental literally next door, great brunch spots just a minute’s walk away, and a gym nearby. The villa was cleaned 2 times in a week which we really appreciated, and the housekeeper was such a lovely and friendly man. Yulia was also incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay and made everything very easy for us. We stayed for a full week and genuinely felt comfortable and at home. A really enjoyable stay in Kuta!
If we had to mention one thing, the kitchen facilities could perhaps be a little better organised and stored, and kept better which would make the kitchen easier to use. But this was a very minor point and didn’t take away from our stay at all.

Lovely quiet villa yet central enough to walk everywhere! The staff were incredibly attentive and kind and always available to help! Loved the space and the privacy of the Villa!
