Very authentic. Great spa. Friendly staff.
Sleeping arrangement upstairs and having to walk outside and downstairs for toilet / sink. But by no means would that put us off going again! It was a beautiful room!

A little piece of paradise where charm works its magic. Full of little touches that are pleasing. Delicious breakfast, complimentary bikes available. What really makes the difference is the exceptional staff. Extremely attentive and friendly without overdoing it as we have experienced in other hotels in Indonesia. A huge thank you especially to Éric, Didin, and Legenda for their friendliness and exceptional service.
The ceiling and bathroom of our standard room could use a little refresh to meet the standards of a luxury hotel (which is why I didn't give a 10, but the villas like the shore surely deserve it)

The Villa is beautifully designed and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Upon arrival, they prepared to receive you with welcome drinks, fruits and smiles. Great detailed tips were given about the island, how to go around, where to do activities and delicious food recommendations. I stayed two nights in the sunset room, which surprised me with the nicely designed balcony upstairs and garden in the front. It brings great privacy and is immersive in nature. I was updated to a private pool villa last night, it was an absolutely fantastic experience, very beautiful Villa loft and home feeling. It is also with great privacy among other villas. Everything is arranged with detailed consideration. Spacious in balconies both upstairs and downstairs. All facilities are well maintained. I absolutely want to revisit again! Plus, the bed is so comfortable, and the sheets smell great. They even put the Aloe gel in the fridge! What other details can you think of, it's there! The staff is also very helpful on bookings of activities. I highly recommend people to stay there. The location is great too, few steps, you'll arrive at the best sunset spot!

Unforgettable Paradise: One of the Best Stays We’ve Ever Experienced! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we stepped foot into Villa Tokay on Gili Air, we knew we were somewhere extraordinarily special. Having traveled extensively, we can say without hesitation that this was one of the best places we have ever stayed. The Villa: Truly Out of This World The villa itself is a masterclass in luxury architecture and design. Calling it "stunning" doesn't quite do it justice—it is genuinely out of this world. Design & Ambiance: The seamless integration of natural materials, soaring open-air concepts, and high-end finishes creates a private sanctuary that feels equal parts organic and impossibly luxurious. Private Oasis: Resting by the private pool, surrounded by lush tropical greenery, offered a level of peace and privacy that is nearly impossible to find elsewhere. Every corner of the property has been thoughtfully designed to create an unforgettable experience. The Staff: Unrivaled Service & Attention to Detail While the villa itself is breathtaking, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. Attentive yet Unobtrusive: The level of care and personal attention we received was second to none. The team anticipated our every need before we even had to ask, all while respecting our privacy. Warmth & Hospitality: Every interaction was met with genuine warmth and friendliness. From arranging seamless island logistics to delivering top-tier service daily, the staff’s commitment to hospitality elevated a great vacation into a world-class luxury escape. Villa Tokay isn't just a place to sleep on Gili Air. It is an experience in itself. If you are looking for pure relaxation, stunning aesthetics, and hospitality that makes you feel like royalty, look no further. We are already counting down the days until we can return!
