Property was good although a bit dated, staff were lovely. Came promptly and were good with their service. Great area and close to everything you would want in Seminyak. The pool was amazing and the kids didn’t want to leave
Needs some deep cleaning and pest control.

Stunning villa with amazing indoor outdoor flow, big pool and every bedroom had its own ensuite. Villa was cleaned every day with staff checking each evening when to clean the following day.
There seemed to be a community restriction on Grab (Uber) pick-ups from our villa which meant we waited inside until our Grab arrived otherwise the Community police could see us waiting and harass our Grab driver when he arrived. Not the fault of the Villa owner though and it didn't stop the villa from being amazing.

Great pool area and very inviting open living dining and pool area where all guests and chill out. Quiet location away from traffic and road noise. Tiles slippery when getting out of pool near kitchen area.
Air conditioner remote in one of the room didn’t work and one of the safes in the room was not working.
