Villa was nice and big - pool was nice, plenty of space to sun bake, modern design Host was easy to chat too, got new towels etc when we needed them asap and location was good - we go scooters around mostly
Could have vaccumed floors more - Pool went a bit off the last 2 days - but was fixed for us and compensated

The best beds and pillows out of any of our accommodation over our 3 week Bali trip across multiple locations.
Co structuring immediately next door meant non stop banging from 8am until 5pm which we were not made aware off. The pool was in usable in our 5 day stay as was green and slimy. Was told this was due to recent heavy rainfall in wet season, however not a single other pool during our trip at other properties had this issue and it wasn’t fixed until the afternoon of our last day of our stay defeating the entire point of us paying for a private pool villa. Location is not near anything without having a scooter or waiting forever for a bluebird taxi of which very few are ever in the Berawa/Canggu area due to the horrendous traffic.

The size of the rooms and pool area.
The pool was extremely cloudy when we arrived with green mould on the tiles around the pool. We asked to have this looked at. A pool man came and this was resolved. The bedrooms have black mould patches on the ceiling. The kitchen sink was SO dirty I didn’t use it and asked for it to be clean. However, even after I asked this picture was the after picture. The infusers were all empty and not replaced. The fans were filthy. Our sheet was ripped and the pool towels and shower towels need replacing with new fresh ones. The grassed area was long and we asked for this to be cut. The gardener came but didn’t really change much.
