“Only stayed one night and demanded to be moved.”
Staff were lovely but the property was well below our expectations and not at all like the photos. It seems that very little maintenance had been done at all and the staff seemed to be very sorry for this. They suggested that the owner was not prepared to allow them to empty the pool to clean it and it was filthy turning green. The manager and staff were fantastic and understood our situation. They supported our decision to leave and assisted us in by moving us to a more appropriate place. This villa is listed as luxury and is definitely not and will need a lot of improvement to get what you are expected to be paid.
The filthy pool that we were unable to swim in. The black mould above the air conditioning in the rooms. The lack of care to bring the place up to a luxury villa.
