Peaceful location, still just a short walk from the city centre.
Comfortable bed and spacious outdoor area.
Private pool was fantastic to relax or refresh. Some kitchen equipment could be improved.
Great relation of price vs quality.
Breakfast was delicious but some found it small.

Alex helped us with everything upon our arrival. Ready to solve any problem that arose. The villas are great, with a pool, kitchen, and a huge bathroom. Looking forward to returning to Ubud and definitely repeating with this wonderful family.

We had Villa No.2 with a private pool. The pool was super clean and wonderfully refreshing. The kitchen has a huge refrigerator with a large freezer. Drinks were chilled in 10 minutes. There was also a free water dispenser. Alex runs the property with his father. Both took very good care of us. For breakfast, you could always choose between different drinks and food as shown in the photo. There is also a villa massage service at affordable prices. Alex also arranged a reliable private driver (Mirko) for our trips. Prices had to be negotiated by ourselves. We felt very comfortable and will definitely recommend the accommodation.
Sometimes there were ants on the floor. But that was not really a big deal and also expected in this region.

The friendliness of Alex, the cleanliness of the villa, the beautiful pool, and the delicious food in the morning. From this place, you can easily travel to other villages or attractions. Around the corner is a nice Warung where you can eat deliciously.
