It was a very satisfying accommodation for a family trip. With 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, and a separate dining room, the whole family could comfortably stay. The garden was meticulously maintained daily and always beautiful. It was about 20-30 minutes by Grab to the city center, so it was not burdensome to go out for dinner with the family on days without tours. The water pressure was good, hot water came out well, and after finishing the tour, cooling off in the spacious swimming pool and taking a warm shower quickly relieved the day's fatigue. Most importantly, the staff greeted us every morning with bright smiles, carefully checking if there were any inconveniences, allowing us to start the day in a good mood. Especially on the first day of arrival at the accommodation, there was a difficult situation where a member of the group lost their mobile phone in the Grab vehicle. The manager directly contacted the Grab customer service to find the mobile phone and even brought it to our room while we were out. Thanks to this, we received a lot of help, and we still remember the touching moment. Thanks to everyone, we were able to spend a comfortable and happy time as a family. Once again, I sincerely thank all the staff and the manager. If I visit Bali again, I would definitely want to stay here.
If I had to point out a downside, it would be that the villa had a wooden structure, showing signs of age. I was worried that bugs might come in because the door was slightly ajar, but in reality, I hardly saw any bugs other than a few small ants in the garden, and the accommodation was overall very pleasant. Another thing was the rooster crowing from early morning. At first, it was a bit unfamiliar, but it actually allowed my spouse and me to take a leisurely stroll in the early morning and start a relaxing day with a warm cup of coffee at a nearby coffee shop. It remained as a special memory where we could feel the local atmosphere of Bali.
