“A nice basic villa in a good location.”
The villa setup/ layout was good, however the lounge area was small and uncomfortable for our group of 4 to relax together as a family. The host was great and really responsive to any queries.
The roosters! I really struggled to get sleep for the 5 nights. They are opposite the Villa so there is no escaping them. The kitchen facilities were also very basic, so hard to do any cooking in the room. And whilst the location was good, it was a bit of a hike to the Main Street and eateries/ beach so not ideal with younger children.

Such a gorgeous Villa, look exactly like the pictures! Only thing to note is it’s about a 15-20 minute walk down into the Main Street where the good restaurants are so a bike is good or get a local taxi’s number to get around easy peasy! Would definitely stay here again.

Location to the beach - it’s also a hidden oasis and was perfect for our family of 4
The roosters - but it was thoughtful to have earplugs although only my husband needed them. They're all over the island so impossible to get away from I feel!

Walking distance to plenty cafes/warungs and also the beach. Plenty of taxis/scooters around if you'd rather not walk though! Cleaners kept the place clean and tidy. Loved the large double beds and multiple bathrooms! The pool was a great size and very clean.
A little noisier than I would have liked (scooters and nearby roosters) but that is pretty standard for the area tbh. The villa provided earplugs which we used at night for a peaceful sleep!
