The property is located on a mountainside. The villa has plenty of space, a large terrace with a fabulous view. The rooms are spacious, as are the adjoining bathrooms. Everything is clean and well-maintained, the staff very friendly. We felt extremely comfortable.
One must know that one always has to drive by car if one does not want to walk 15-20 minutes. We had no problem with that.

Alhamdulillah, we had the most beautiful stay at Villa Kipas. The villa itself is absolutely incredible — spacious, beautifully maintained and equipped with everything we needed. The panoramic views are breathtaking, and the infinity pool overlooking the scenery was definitely one of the highlights. We had the entire villa to ourselves, which made our stay feel incredibly peaceful and private, yet we were still only minutes away from restaurants and places to eat. We hired our own car, which made getting around Lombok really easy and convenient. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was lovely. A special mention has to go to Haroon, who looked after us so well throughout our stay. He was incredibly helpful, attentive and welcoming, as were all the other staff. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they really helped make our stay extra special. Villa Kipas truly made our time in Lombok memorable. The combination of the stunning views, beautiful infinity pool, spacious villa, privacy and wonderful hospitality made it the perfect place for our family. We would absolutely recommend Villa Kipas and would love to return one day. Thank you to Haroon and the whole team for such a wonderful stay. ❤️

Villa Kipas is located 50 meters above the main road. Steep but fine road to get there. We had a room, great! Good bed, space to store your belongings, two chairs and a table in front of the door and two sun loungers. The view is fantastic!!! Nice swimming pool and good breakfast. Very kind and attentive staff. You are 5 minutes away from the main street, and in fifteen minutes from the beach. Many restaurants.
The only downside on the same property is a bungalow, where you share the swimming pool and the large covered sitting area. We found it fine!

Since it is located on a hill, you can really relax. You don't have to worry about people looking at you, it's a fantastic view, quiet, and the outdoor relaxation space is even more awesome!!
