My daughter and I loved staying at the Kalandara Resort! We had a two-bedroom villa with a pool and it was huge :-). The food at the restaurant was lovely, be mindful that the servings are quite generous. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. We had massages, scrubs, and facials at the day spa and they were very relaxing and reasonably priced. If you want a more private place to stay in Lombok, Kalandara is it!
The only suggestion I'd like to make is that they update the towels. Some of them were a little worn and probably haven't been replaced for a while. Maybe change the turn-down service to a little later, as most people are getting ready to go out for dinner at that time.

The views from the room were great, all the staff were excellent.
What’s not mentioned on the website, on arrival you’re supplied with earplugs due to the local Mosques' prayer times which start at 0500 am and continue several times until 1900 pm. These Mosques are very loud and wake you even with the earplugs
