Location was perfect for bars and restaurants and only 10-15 minute walk to the beach.
Nice big bedrooms and bathrooms, but upstairs air-conditioning needs to be upgraded.
Fantastic swimming pool & outside area.

Fantastic spacious house with a good sized pool. House has everything you need for your stay and the location is right in the middle of Seminyak, but just away from the main road so it's not noisy.

The villa on a whole is lovely. Nice big bedrooms, bathrooms & living space. Fantastic swimming pool & outside area. All presented well nice & clean. Wayne is helpful & on call. Security is a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.
Upstairs air-conditioning needs to be upgraded. Old units that didn't quite cut it with the heat. Very warm upstairs. Front door needs some tweaking. Uneven & scrapes. A few lights not working. Again, this does not stop me from recommending this great Villa.
