The space and the tranquility around you are amazing. The staff is super friendly and also arranged a trip to the Gili Islands (transportation to and from) everything was well arranged.

“Nostalgic villa with fantastically helpful staff!”
What a unique place! If you love a stay that is truly one with nature, then this villa is an absolute dream. You can see from the architecture that this was once a beautiful, stately palace. Now, the ravages of time have taken over, giving the villa an incredibly lived-in, almost historical atmosphere. Vintage lovers will be amazed! The integration with the local fauna is truly unique. Both in the kitchen and in the living room, you are constantly accompanied by fascinating, fast and active tropical crawlers. Moreover, you won't feel alone for a second here: in the roof, you can hear the lively patter of a whole family of animals that have made it their permanent home. A beautiful reminder of how close nature can come. Upon arrival, we found that the toilet and the bathtub were unfortunately not working properly, but fortunately, the fantastic staff members Adi and Iki were immediately available to solve this super friendly. What stars! Because the shower also turned out not to work properly, we were immediately offered a fantastic alternative: we could enjoy using the bathtub! This bath is, by the way, a visual masterpiece and a feast for the eyes. Filling it requires some mindful patience: due to the extremely soft, soothing water stream, you have hours to meditate before your bath is finally full. A perfect opportunity to unwind extensively! Around the pool, you can enjoy a wonderfully minimalist setup: traditional sunbeds were completely absent from day one because they were broken. We reported this promptly on the first day. The owner took ample time for the service and informed us on the very last day of our stay that unfortunately, no new beds could be delivered. As an alternative, we could comfortably sit by the pool on a wooden dining chair or a cozy wooden bench with fabric cushions!
