I don’t usually leave reviews however I felt it was necessary to share our experience so future guests know what to expect. We understand that some road and construction noise is normal in Bali but the noise during our stay was on another level. There is a huge construction site directly across from the villas with work continuing throughout the day. On top of this the nightclub down the road created extremely loud noise late into the night making it very difficult to sleep, ending around 4am. Earplugs are provided in the room for the extent of the noise however none of this was mentioned in the booking information. Had we known how loud it would be we would not have booked this accommodation. The photos are also very misleading. The villas a quite worn down. Our shower head was broken with no hot water and our toilet did not flush properly. Our bath was also rusted so were not able to enjoy this either. We were unfortunately very disappointed with our stay and feel future guests should be made aware before booking. On a positive note the Balinese staff were so kind and friendly and cleaned our room every day for us.
